All soaps will be shipped 'naked'. "Naked" Packaging: This soap cube is hand wrapped in reusable kraft paper. It is shipped in a reusable box with corn starch biodegradable peanuts to reduce waste. Please recycle everything in your box.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We usually address reviews privately but we think this would be a great opportunity to educate others reading this.

The skin takes 14 days to rejuvenate itself, so we ask to keep that in mind when using natural soaps or any new products.

1. what products were being used before and what effect did it have on your skin?
2. the conditioning of the skin and proper care of skin is what promotes any healing/results.
3. if your looking for "fast results" we recommend using an acid or exfoliator in combination with the soap (depending on the desired results)

In regards to the soap dissolving, our soap cubes are not make with hardeners or stabilizers as most commercial soaps. Natural bar soap is expected to dissolve quicker. The best way to address this is hanging the soap on our soap hooks in between use. If used once daily, ea. bar last 30+ days.
