Store Policies

PAYMENT:

  • Payment in full at checkout that is inclusive of shipping and taxes.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

  • If you need to change your order, it will be cancelled and refunded.

  • However, we cannot promise the items from your order will be available.

  • Please read all product description before placing order. 

SHIPPING:​

We offer USPS Priority shipping.

  • Our ship days:  Tuesday + Friday
  • Shipping and Billing information must be identical.
  • Please double check your delivery address. Please provide an address you know you will be during delivery. This includes missing apartment number.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed.

  • Every order receives tracking numbers.

  • Our business days: Monday - Friday (this does not include Weekends or Holidays.)

  • If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Currently, delivery time once an item is shipped is typically 2-5 business days. Of course, depending on your location. Due to the current delays with USPS, you may experience an extended wait time for your item to be delivered, which is beyond our control. 

We ask that you DO NOT reach out until you have exceeded the days mentioned. Please note shipping days include Monday-Friday, No Weekends, and No Holidays.
