Dry Brushing is a vital part of your detoxifying skin ritual. Sweep away dead skin and awaken your senses. Plant-based sisal fibers buff away the old, prepping skin for optimal hydration. Bring a spa feeling to your everyday routine with dry brushing, a simple, natural way to exfoliate and energize your skin. Natural sisal bristles help remove dull, surface skin cells and support your body’s natural revitalization processes for soft, smooth skin.

Dry brushing can be done daily, preferably in the morning (can be energizing). Gently brush skin in an upward motion toward the heart, starting at the feet and hands and brushing upwards. Avoid delicate skin on the face, neck and chest areas. After brushing, bathe with any TERRA-TORY soap cube of your choice, then use an all-natural moisturizer like our Multi-Purpose Butter to replenish your skin. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from the shower or bath.

Pre-Use Brush Care: Place bristles in hot water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil. Let bristles soak for 5 mins.

Can also be used as beard brush.

Disclaimer: The increase in circulation may turn your skin pink or red during brushing – not to worry, this is normal! Use light pressure with the brush. The first few uses may be a little uncomfortable as your body gets used to the feeling. Avoid brushing delicate skin on the face, neck and chest areas and sensitive areas such as open cuts, abrasions and any patches of eczema or psoriasis.
