Natural Remedy for Hormonal Imbalance

Let me tell you about the incredible journey of Milana and Cynthia—a tale of vulnerability, healing, and newfound confidence. These two radiant souls shared their 'before and after' photos with us, revealing their struggles with bacne and the transformation they experienced. Bacne, caused by a myriad of factors including hormonal imbalance, had left them feeling self-conscious, especially in warm weather when shedding layers felt daunting.

As they embarked on their healing journey, Milana and Cynthia found solace in our Aloe Detox soap and Cactus & Black Pepper soap variants, praising them for their pivotal role in their skin transformation. Oh, the wonders of nature's healing touch! They sought out our "coconut oil-free" soap and discovered a remedy that not only banished their bacne but also began to fade the lingering dark spots, restoring their skin's natural radiance.

Witnessing the transformative power of our products fills us with immense pride. Our mission is not just to heal but to uplift souls, to nurture confidence, and to spread warmth in a world that can often feel chaotic. Knowing that we play a part in changing lives and boosting confidence fills us with joy, reminding us of the goodness that exists in our shared journey toward self-love and acceptance.

To restore hormonal balance, start by making sure your diet is balanced and includes:

- More good quantity and quality protein includes options such as chicken, fish, turkey, and grass-fed beef for meat eaters, and nourishing nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes for our Vegan and Vegetarian customers.

 - More high quality fats (avocado, olives, olive oil, salmon, seeds, nuts) Omega 3 fatty acids in good fats reduce inflammation.

- More probiotics - Many of our hormones are being produced in our gut. There are trillions of bacteria that live in the gut. The quality of gut bacteria regulates our hormones. Seed a great place to start.

- Less dairy. It contains too many hormones, and antibirotics, flares up the gut and inflammation. Consider switching to plant-based milk alternatives like almond, or coconut milk.

Less sugar (glucose). When we say "sugar" not just domino sugar becuase the body doesn't know the difference between a bagel and a chocolate bar. Bread, cereal, oats, potatoes, pasta, any carb essenctially turn into "sugars" or "glucose" and if were eating pasta two nights in a row, then the body will convert that into sugar.  It's important to be mindful of the types of carbohydrates we consume, as they can be converted into sugars by the body. Sugar/Glucose is the breeding ground for inflammation.

Pro Tips:

1. Start each day with a "savory" breakfast. (avocado, eggs, chicken sausage)

2. Eat your meals in this order: Veggies...Protien...Carbs/Starch...Dessert (in that order)

Again, its all about Balance. Simple change the order of eating and you'll see a change in not just your energy level but your skin as well.
